Debbi Sullivan founded Fencing By Excellence in 2010 with a simple idea: fence installation shouldn't involve guesswork, deposits, or surprise charges. After watching homeowners across Monmouth County struggle with vague estimates and contractors who disappeared after collecting a deposit, Debbi built a company that does things differently.
